Thank you for your interest in sharing your experiences and time with the rising generation of El Salvador. This mentorship opportunity is voluntary and pro-bono, this is good karma for good karma sake.

According to your professional background and time availability you will be assigned a group (<10) youth (18 - 30 years old) that are currently studying in your related field.

You and each youth will have a 30 minute mentor session every other week following a progress list to answer concerns, questions, and next steps in their career path.

You will also have a group class where you watch a short video modeling a soft skill that is important for employment, share some our your wisdom and professional experiences with this skill, and lastly, role-play with the students the skill.

This is a 4-month commitment. All discussions and classes will be conducted on the community platform and recorded to ensure that no abuses or unprofessional behavior occurs. In-person meet-ups are prohibited in order to protect the students and yourselves from accusations.

Only first names will be used in class.
